We've built our reputation on being a true custom home builder. We do more than offer a few home designs with a handful of materials and floor plan choices to make your project slightly different from your neighbor’s. We work with each homeowner to develop a truly unique vision that combines design, layout, and construction.
You can start the process with a home plan of your own, or you can start with one of ours to give you some inspiration. Each of our plans has a number of appealing standard features, all of which can be upgraded and adapted however you wish.
The Acadia
This open concept floor plan offers 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, including a Master Suite on the first floor.
The Asheville
This 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath model can be customized with Tudor, Georgian, Craftsman or contemporary architecture to fit your unique taste.
The Nantucket
An extremely versatile floor plan with options for sunrooms, bonus basement rooms, second-floor library, and garage space for 3 cars, the Nantucket is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home that lets you get creative with exterior architecture and trim.
The Newport
A 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath floor plan with options for many extra features, the Newport model features ample entertaining space from the great room and full dining room to the breakfast area and covered back patio.
The Valencia
A 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with lots of flexible space, the Valencia offers an open loft area on the second floor, a breakfast nook, and a private study or office that could also become a bedroom.
